Joanie Powell is the catering manager and event designer for Chef by Design Catering Company. She has extensive experience in full-service catering, event planning, full-service restaurants, and public relations. She and her staff are responsible for each event from menu creation to event end. Joanie works personally with each client from first contact to event completion, including one-on-one client meetings, site visits, and rental coordination. During events, Joanie takes the lead role to ensure each detail is completed exactly to the client’s specifications, manages the catering staff, and ensures excellence in every area of each event.
